Ranch Software Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 17, 2026

Key Stack Development LLC, doing business as AgFlow Inventory ("AgFlow," "we," "our," or "us"), provides ranch inventory and recordkeeping software designed to help ranchers and farmers manage meat inventory, transaction logs, and other ranch records. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices available to you when you use the AgFlow website, mobile app, and related services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information created through your use of the app, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we may collect information such as your name, email address, user ID, login credentials or authentication-related identifiers, and ranch or business membership information.

Ranch and Business Records

AgFlow is designed to store records you choose to enter into the app. Depending on how you use the service, this may include meat inventory records, product names, quantities, weights, freezer or storage location details, transaction logs, sales records, operating records, cattle movement records, herd health records, grazing records, customer or contact records, notes, and other ranch-related business data.

User Communications

If you contact us for support, request a demo, send us emails, or submit other information through the website or app, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, message contents, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.

Device and Technical Information

We may collect limited technical information needed to provide and secure the service, such as device type, operating system, app version, sync status, error logs, IP address, and authentication or session metadata.

Offline and Local Storage

AgFlow may store data locally on your device so the app can function reliably, including when internet access is unavailable. This may include cached account information, ranch records, pending changes, and synced data needed for offline access and later synchronization.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve AgFlow;
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • Store, display, sync, back up, and process ranch and business records;
  • Support offline use and later synchronization across devices;
  • Respond to support requests, demo inquiries, and customer communications;
  • Monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, detect misuse, and protect the security and integrity of the service;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the app and website, such as cloud hosting, database, authentication, storage, security, and technical support providers. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services on our behalf.

Within Your Ranch or Business Account

If AgFlow supports multiple authorized users within the same ranch, business, or organization, information entered into that shared account may be visible to other authorized members, administrators, or owners associated with that ranch or business.

Legal Requirements and Protection

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, property, or the security of the service.

Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, reorganization, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Because AgFlow may store data locally for offline functionality and sync it to cloud services, information may exist both on your device and in our hosted systems.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Account information and ranch records may be retained while your account is active. We may also retain backup copies, logs, and archived records for a reasonable period where necessary for security, compliance, dispute resolution, or service continuity.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information.

You may also:

  • Update certain account or ranch information within the app, where available;
  • Request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us;
  • Ask questions about how your data is handled.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information where required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or to maintain the integrity of shared ranch or business records.

Children’s Privacy

AgFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website or app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

International Users

If you access AgFlow from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means the updated Privacy Policy will apply.
